Eliza covers “Before the Deluge” on tribute to Jackson Browne

“Looking Into You,” the critically acclaimed tribute album to Jackson Browne released last spring, is filled with gems from such luminaries as Bonnie Raitt, Bruce Springsteen, Lucinda Williams, and Lyle Lovette.

Eliza was excited to contribute, and chose one of her favorite Browne songs, “Before the Deluge” (1974), calling it “an empathetic portrayal of an entire generation, their flights and failures, and a prophetic foretelling of a future which is sadly unfolding before us today.”
